Central Precinct Renewal Program

State Significant Precinct Proposal submitted Aug 2022 for the transformation and renewal of a 24 Ha precinct around and above Australia's busiest railway station. Upgrades to trackwork layouts are required to increase capacity, providing a once-in-a-century opportunity to build above the platforms. The plan restores urban connections across the rail corridor, providing vast new public spaces and aa mixed use urban development of over 460,000sqm.

My role was working at various stages with the Urban Design team as lead / team member for Architectural design, technical viability, consultant co-ordination, staging and buildability.
